Story
Growing up we were influenced by a lot of West Indian foods, this allowed us to try a lot of foods and spices that we had never tried before. This is how we were able to make a sauce that brought the true taste of Scotch Bonnet peppers. Our ‘Made From Scotch’ pepper sauce is also blended with authentic Scotch Bonnet peppers straight from Jamaica along with peppers grown locally in Ontario.
