We source our matcha directly from a small producer in Japan that we have met and trust. We directly source our matcha to ensure freshness and quality standards are maintained. Documented testing for radiation. 

Origin: Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

Suggested Serving: 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation: Add 2 oz of hot water (70-80ºC/165-175ºF) to matcha in a mug or matcha bowl. Whisk for 20 seconds with a handheld frother or bamboo whisk.
